We update our inventory throughout the day to reflect the current available items. If what you are looking for is unavailable, please do send us a message for backorder arrangement. 

For hot-selling items, the records may sell out before we update the website. In order not to miss out, please SUBSCRIBE to our newsletter.

Note: We process all shopping cart orders BEFORE phone / Instagram / Facebook orders. 

We accept payments via online FPX (for Malaysian banks) and also through major credit cards based on your preference. 


For orders paid by credit card, we need to have your home address for credit card verification. However, we encourage you to have the order sent to your business address, especially for Next Day and 2nd Day shipping. If you want us to send the order to your business address, enter your billing and shipping addresses on the order form.

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Items shall be shipped between 2-3 business days once we have received the payment.

How fast do we process the orders? Well it depends on how well you key in the details – so be sure to give us all the correct information the first time, so that we can get things done right and fast!

We use POSLAJU for all our orders (from Malaysia). Tracking code will be sent to your email upon completion on our end.


We will accept returns on merchandise sold only under the following conditions:

i. If the goods purchased has manufacturer’s defect. We shall replace it with another copy of the same title. If the said title is out of stock, we will refund or customer could replace it with any other title.

ii. If an error occurred in customer order due to the fault of LP Freak, we will offer refund or credit. However, if it is due to customer’s mistake in providing input, LP Freak will not be held responsible.

We will replace any item that was damaged or mishandled due to error by the shipping company. However, item must be returned to LP Freak in manner that allow LP Freak to access the damaged caused. Please message us if you need any clarification.

Customer is required to send any complaints within 7 days receiving the goods. Customer also need to return the goods to LP Freak within 7 days once the complaint has been acknowledged.
